To meet market demand, we have started manufacturing of the following gasket types:

• flat gaskets,
• lock seals,
• multiple edge metal gaskets, gaskets for liquid level sight glasses,
• special gaskets.

The gaskets are made within a range of DN 15 to DN 1500.

Asbestos-free materials are used for the manufacture of gaskets.

We are able to carry out almost any individual order, as well as advice or design a specific gasket for your specified operating conditions. The cutting of gaskets from non-reinforced sheets or graphite sheets reinforced with perforated metal sheet, as well as the cutting of parts from rubber, PTFE, or other soft materials is carried out using the Industrial Mill & Plotter CNC - BPF 1520 employing an oscillating knife cutting head. The plotter is equipped with a vacuum table of the following working area: X-1500, Y-2000, Z-200 mm. A hybrid table is installed on a 1m2 area. The BPF 1520 can also perform the milling: it has a 7 kW, 2400 rpm spindle, Infinitely variable control of feed rate and spindle rotation speed, oil mist cooling. Additionally equipped with a scanning device with a touch probe, a 3D control module, and automatic correction of tool length.
Due to using modern digital servomotor drives it achieves working speeds up to 300 mm/s.
