The goals of Masz-ZAP's quality policy Ltd., is to deliver fully professional services to meet the demands and expectations of our clients, as well as continuously improve our services. Our clients' needs are fulfilled in a timely manner and at an appropriate technical level. Clients' satisfaction is the main goal of our activities. To achieve the above goals, the following means are applied:

- conducting systematic monitoring and analysis of the functioning of the quality system in order to meet the requirements and

- ensuring proper resources and infrastructure to achieve compliance of the services delivered with the requirements and expectations of the clients.
We have implemented a Quality Management System conformant to PN-ISO 9001:2008, which was confirmed in 2001 in a Certificate granted by the certifying company DET NORSKE VERITAS.
That certificate applies to the following activities:
- overhauls/repairs of turbines and compressors of various types,
- pumps and industrial fittings,
- parts reclamation services,
- balancing, alignment,
- measurements of mechanical vibrations of machines, and analysis of the results,
- 2-axis water jet shape cutting.
